The August 2011 BoD Meeting Minutes submitted to the board were approved as submitted. Minutes have been posted on the Chapter’s Website by Larry.
TREASURER’S REPORT – Glynnette Hale
The 2011 Treasurer’s Report for August 2011 was submitted to the Board for approval by Glynnette. The report was reviewed by the Board and approved as submitted.
TECHNICAL COMMITTEE REPORTS
Certification: -- Bob McMartin, CPE
Michael Rich is still in the process of obtaining his CPE. He has taken his exams and is awaiting grading results for them and his technical paper.
Education: -- Larry Fletcher, E
Larry is waiting for the new session of classes to be scheduled at Construction Reporter. The new format will be Saturday classes.

Per information received at National Convention, all chapter technical committee chairmen will be contacted by the National Committee Chairs this coming year.
STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS

No activity to report. New award guidelines were to be sent to chapter presidents by August 01, 2011, but they have not yet been received. Joe Flemming contacted SBO and the guidelines are being retyped in new format.
They hoped to have to us by September 01, 2011, but they have not yet been released.

OTHER GENERAL BUSINESS
Discussion on whether or not to accept credit card payments for Chapter meetings was held. Joe Flemming will be able to set up an account on his phone to accept payments for the Chapter. It was decided to go ahead with this. Glynnette will get bank information to Joe in order to set up the account.
The CFMA group contacted ASPE to see is we would participate in their annual “Salary Survey”. After discussion is was agreed that ASPE would participate, but we would need further clarification of what was needed before agreeing to participate with any costs to be incurred.
