Bob MacMartin has tried to contact JR Pike to retrieve the study guide he gave to JR, but has had no response from JR. Steven will check the website to see if a new study guide is available. On 21, Jan 2010- Bob and Steven reported that the 2009 GEK study guide was available to Steve.

UPCOMING PROGRAMS
February 03, 2010- Tony Sparks with Test Marc Commissioning Solutions Presentation: Commissioning and its impact on General Contractors and Mechanical Contractors. Robert Mallory has spoken to Tony about the program and Tony is excited to do his presentation.
March 03, 2010 - Robert Mallory is working on speaker from possibly the National AGC for this presentation. Presentation: Consensus Docs_ How they have changed and how are they being used.
April 07, 2010 - Tenative Robert Mallory is working on speaker for this presentation- Bob Johnson with CSI who was to do this originally is not in good health- but Robert will keep checking with him. Presentation: Uniformat- What it is and how do you use it.

OTHER GENERAL BUSINESS
We are short on board member. Larry called Ralph Parks to see if he would accept the position of Secretary, but has not heard from him. Larry to call again 21Jan2010. Robert is going to call Ralph and ask him if he would do a program for us on the new sprinkler code. *Larry talked to Ralph and he declined to accept a board position. Larry will continue to try to appoint someone soon.
The board discussed having another Estimating Academy this year, possibly in April.
