- Ralph presented his report for this month for our review. Glynnette made a motion to approve as presented to the board. Robert seconded the motion. Motion passed.

Ralph requested several items from members of the board to complete his work for what awards we can achieve for this year. This list goes as follows
- Needed: Copies of the meeting minutes for every meeting we’ve had since July of 2008
- Needed: (Larry or Glynnette) to provide new officers reports
- Needed: Conformation that chapter 47 gained 5 new members for the 08’/09’ year
- Needed: Someone to check on whether or not we sent two delegates to regional conventions
- Needed: Letter from Joe Ledger saying he spoke with Pike concerning his CPE
- Needed: Pictures/write up for the CASS show 09’ and ASA 09’

Objective: This presentation offers construction industry professionals critical information about new technologies in estimating.
